One fixed scope for the whole backyard: the pool and its sunshelf, eight deck jets and two LED bubblers, coping, tile and finish, the travertine deck, a complete Jandy equipment pad controlled from your phone, engineering and every permit.

Potential advantages

A sunshelf made to lounge. A 6' x 12' shallow shelf with two LED bubblers, ready for in-water loungers.
Water features day and night. Eight CMP deck jets arc into the pool, on their own Jandy pump, with five color LED lights.
Permits at a fixed price. All city, county and private provider fees are included, and the private provider keeps inspections at least 50% faster than the standard route.
Year-round comfort. A Jandy VersaTemp 130K heat/chill pump keeps the water warm in winter and cool in summer.
Everything on one app. iAquaLink controls the pool, lights, garden lights and heater over Wi-Fi.

Limitations to resolve

Finish color. To be chosen from the nine Florida Stucco Gem colors (upgrades available).
Deck and tile selections. Travertine or marble within a $5.00/sf allowance, waterline tile within $12.00/ft.
Timeline. About 10 days of engineering, then permits through the private provider, then construction.
Final layout. Dimensions are approximate; elevations and the final layout follow the engineered plans and site conditions.
